In the event of a warranty claim, all products will, of course, be repaired or replaced without difficulty. Should the product also be damaged by hard, external influences, we will replace every defective part and thus ensure the maximum service life of each individual component. For us, service also means sustainability. With every product repair, we save the valuable resources of our planet!

KSE WARRANTY

On each of our lights, you receive not only the legal warranty but also a KSE-LIGHTS warranty. This means we guarantee the faultless operation of our products when used correctly. Our ATEX certification in Germany and our own load tests ensure that our products do not need to be handled with care when in use – they serve as tools and withstand even heavy loads for a long time.

KSE BATTERY

Accumulators are always enormously stressed by continuous loads and lose their capacities over time. We only use very high-quality Li-Ion accumulators for our products. Equipped with a very gentle charging system, our lights lose only 20% of their battery capacity after 800 charging cycles. This guarantees error-free operation for years.

On certain products, we even give an extended battery warranty of up to 3(!) years and thus underline the quality of our products.

KSE ATEX

Explosion protection is a sensitive issue – we often see ATEX products that are only of very limited use. Since our users are concerned about the safety and human life, we always try to sensitize our customers to deal with the explosion endangered zones and ambient temperatures.

In addition, we try to get the maximum out of every luminaire so that they can be used in as many potentially explosive zones as possible. In addition to the official ATEX certification code, all our luminaires are also marked in simplified form with approved “zone” and “temperature range”. This makes it easier for our customers to find out where the product may be used.

KSE SAMPLE

KSE REPAIR

During the development of our products, we completely avoid the casting of complete assemblies, so that all products can be completely disassembled into their individual parts in the service department. This enables resource-saving repairs and helps to protect the environment – only components that are actually damaged are replaced by us!
